A.I.D. has developed and worked on its own data quality tools for some 20 years, during which time it has acquired enormous expertise and know-how in data deduplication and consolidation techniques.
In helping to develop CRM, A.I.D. has forged strong partnerships with the following software editors, responding in the process to new operational needs in carrying out studies and analyses, overseeing marketing actions and developing new digital channels:
- An email marketing solution integrated in our data center in partnership with Innovyx, a company specialised in the assembly and routing of emails.
- An EMA (Entreprise Marketing Automation) solution with an integrated reporting tool SAS Customer Intelligence.
- An operational CRM solution enabling customers to view and update contacts based on Eudonet technology, one of the leaders in operational CRM.
- An online questionnaire solution developed with Voxco
- Oracle: the world leader in relational databases.
In addition A.I.D. regularly benchmarks a range of specialised CRM data quality tools both for its customers and as part of R&D programmes, independently and in conjunction with the Data Quality Department at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
In terms of web analytics A.I.D. focuses its efforts on enriching the marketing databases of its customers with information provided by the foremost publishers of web analytics solutions. These solutions are benchmarked with a view to retrieving the appropriate data and creating key indicators to improve the targeting of marketing actions.
